We want you to ride pain-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is returned in a condition that reflects normal trial use — you are welcome to test the product on your bike; items damaged by crashes, modification, or misuse are not eligible.
  • You can provide your order number or the email address used at checkout.

Gift cards and clearance items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email info@vardenocycling.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not be processed.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, where they were paid, are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order on delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item (for example, a different size) is to request a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Because orders are often processed quickly, email us as soon as possible at info@vardenocycling.com. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return.
